This painting was a joy to do, but a bit of a challenge in setting up. The horses are siblings; going from left to right, Dulci, Danny and Parry, and though they are at the same barn, the three of them are never together for one photo. So I used many photos as references for this painting.

I have seen all three from the time they were a day old to now, and it’s amazing how quickly they grow and change. This oil painting is 30″ x 48″ on a gallery wrapped canvas.
